The probe is inserted to any substrate (ground, soil, roots, wood) and transmits vibrations due to biological activity or any other activity from within the substrate. The sampling rate is up to 32 kHz. The device records vibrations picked up by the metal probe and external background audio is seriously attenuated.
The device has a small, embedded solar panel. Use it in a spot that receives strong WiFi otherwise, it switches to GSM. In a sunny place, you’ll never have to worry about changing batteries, if you sample the audioscene.

The device makes experiments and surveys easy at an affordable price.
The access to our server is free for our customers. The global SIM card can be replaced by a local SIM.
